TIFFANY PHILLIPS SCHOLAR-ATHLETE AWARDis annual $2,000 scholarship was established in 1998, in memory of Tiffany Phillips, the teenage daughter of Steve and Dana Phillips (OR). Tiffany, who lost her life in a tragic accident in 1998, was both an outstanding scholar and an exceptional athlete. This academic scholarship is funded by equal grants from Steve and Dana Phillips and the Miss America Organization.

DR. & MRS. DAVID B. ALLMAN SCHOLARSHIP - 2009: Dr. David B. Allman was a past president of the Miss America Organization and the American Medical Association. In memory of her husband, Mrs. Allman, during her lifetime, established a scholarship foundation to be administered by the Miss America Organization for the grant of scholarships to Miss America contestants who wished to enter the field of medicine to become medical doctors.

2009 - EUGENIA VELLNER FISCHER AWARD FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS is the Eugenia Vellner Fischer Award for the Performing Arts was implemented in 1999 for women pursuing a degree (undergraduate, master or higher) in the performing arts. This includes dancers, instrumental, monologue and vocal. A new application must be submitted each year and previous recipients may apply.

DR. & MRS. DAVID B. ALLMAN SCHOLARSHIP - 2010

In memory of Dr. David B. Allman, a past President of the American Medical Association and later, by Mrs. Allman and funded by their estate, this scholarship is available to contestants wishing to enter the field of medicine.
