Phases of Competition
Private Interview (30%):
Ability to communicate effectively in interview. Delegate will have the opportunity to express herself on current issues and attitudes that affect her and her community. The judges will be looking for woman with a strong sense of reasoning, who can articulate her opinions effectively. This phase will be done in a panel style interview with the judges.
Health & Fitness (20%):
Judges will be looking for the individual who is physically fit, energetic and healthy, with a strong sense of self-esteem.
On-Stage Conversation (10%):

Evening Gown (20%):
Delegates will be judged on grace, poise and elegance of carriage during their presentation. Each delegate wears a gown she has chosen for herself. Attention is focused on each contestant’s overall appearance, self-confidence, sense of style and the beauty she brings to the gown of her choice. Each delegate must wear a floor length gown, which is age appropriate.
